Please call to confirm your planned attendance 72-24 hours before your appointment is to take place.

You may leave a message if it is after office hours.

Because of long wait lists, patients not confirming can not be guaranteed that their appointment will be kept. 

Patients not attending a confirmed appointment may be required to pay a non attendance fee to cover office costs.
